Securing the best resident for your property

Securing the best tenant for your property is of paramount importance, as it ensures your property will be cared for and makes our job a little easier. Therefore prospective tenants are qualified and carefully selected through our extensive application process.

The following screening process is used

  • Previous rental history for at least 12 months
  • Reference from previous managing agent
  • Employment confirmation and personal references
  • 100 Points of identification
  • We also screen tenants through the Tenancy Information Center of Australia. TICA is a database for defaulting tenants that is used through Real Estate Agencies throughout Australia and New Zealand.
  • We never hand out keys for inspections and all prospective tenants
    are personally shown through your property so we can further guage
    their suitability.
  • We then discuss the information collected with you and, together, select the best tenant.
